Overview
MindWorks, a non-profit selling special education consulting services to schools, needed to build a pipeline of interested schools to grow revenue during the school year. They had existing customers and salespeople, but needed to build more pipeline.
The Solution
MindWorks partnered with 8cast to build a new lead generation system from the ground up.
We created lead lists of interested prospects and developed a 1:1 personalization strategy leveraging publicly available triggers. We also drafted highly relevant copy given our deep experience in selling education focused solutions.
Using HubSpot, we implemented outbound campaigns to special education and school leaders. Additionally, we helped MindWorks refine their sales process by participating in select discovery calls generated by their leads.
